Napiers Restaurant In Skipton Receives Impressive Rating From The Daily Telegraph

And a Skipton restaurant has made the hallowed pages of the Daily Telegraph – and it’s achieved an impressive nine out of ten overall rating!
Napiers, on Chapel Hill, is described as a “Classic restaurant with rooms specialising in traditionally home-butchered steaks, plus an eclectic neighbouring guesthouse and wine bar”.

The Telegraph article heaps praise on the location, the food and drink, but most of all, the service on offer.
Owners Ian and Julia Ackroyd are described by critic James Ellis as “ extremely hands on: he runs the restaurant, she looks after a wine bar (in the Coach House) and the rooms”.

Ellis said at the time of his visit “Both venues are abuzz with regulars who all seem to be greeted by name, and nothing we asked for seemed to be too much.”
